The P-ACE32-R1 is a factory-genuine, compact/thin-profile cylinder maintenance pack (seal repair kit) manufactured by AirTAC. This rebuild kit is engineered specifically for preventative maintenance on cylinders with a 32mm bore size, allowing technicians to replace worn elastomeric components and instantly resolve air bypass leaks or loss of output thrust.
🛠️ Core Product Specifications

(Note: For high-temperature environments requiring Viton/fluororubber elements, the corresponding factory suffix code is typically R2).
📦 What’s Typically Included in the Kit?
Please note that this maintenance pack does not include the metal cylinder body or the piston rod. It consists of the following core expendable sealing elements:
-
Front End-Cap Dust Wiper / Rod Seal: Prevents external contaminants from entering the housing while securing a leak-free dynamic seal along the moving rod.
-
Premium Piston Seals: Seals the dynamic boundary between the piston head and the bore to eliminate cross-chamber pressure drop and maintain peak cylinder thrust.
-
Static End-Cap O-Rings: Placed at the structural joints of the front and rear caps to eliminate perimeter leaks along the cylinder body mating surfaces.
-
Wear Rings / Guide Rings: Included in select model configurations to prevent metal-on-metal scoring.
💡 Maintenance & Replacement Pro-Tips
-
Thorough Cleaning Required: After completely dismantling the cylinder, you must use kerosene or a dedicated pneumatic solvent to thoroughly flush out all aged grease, metallic debris, and contaminants from the internal barrel wall and piston grooves.
-
Apply Specialty Lubricant: When stretching and seating the new seals during reassembly, it is mandatory to apply a fresh layer of specialized pneumatic cylinder grease. This severely lowers stick-slip friction and prevents dry-friction tearing during the cylinder's first initialization strokes.
-
Inspect the Barrel Wall: If the internal aluminum barrel wall exhibits visible longitudinal scratches or scoring, simply swapping the seals will not stop the bypass leaks. In this scenario, the cylinder body is compromised, and we highly recommend replacing the entire cylinder unit.
