Structural Integrity: Why Flat Mounting is Critical for 4V210-08

1. Valve Body Flexing

When you tighten the mounting screws on an uneven surface, the aluminum body of the 4V210-08 can flex by just a few microns. This is enough to cause the internal spool to "bind" against the walls, leading to sluggish movement or the valve getting stuck in the energized position.
