1. Locating the Pilot Hole

The pilot hole is a tiny orifice (less than 1mm) located under the solenoid stem. It is the brain of the 4V210-08. Even a single grain of dust can stop the entire valve.

2. Step-by-Step Cleaning

• Safety: Exhaust all air pressure before starting.
• Solvent: Use a specialized electronic cleaner or isopropyl alcohol. Do not use WD-40, as it will swell the NBR seals.
• Procedure: Gently blow compressed air through the pilot orifice from the reverse side to clear the blockage. If the valve is more than 3 years old, consider a full seal kit replacement instead.
