1. The Switching Volume
Every time a 4V210-08 cycles, it fills the cylinder and the connecting tubes. At 0.6MPa, the 4V210-08 uses approximately 0.12 Standard Liters (ANR) per cycle just for the valve's internal volume plus the pilot exhaust.
2. Total Plant Demand
By multiplying your cycle count by this value, you can size your compressor accurately. Using the 4V210-08 is more efficient than larger 300-series valves because its internal pilot volume is minimized, saving energy with every switch.
